Habilitação Social: saiba passo a passo para ter acesso à CNH gratuita na PB
Carteira Nacional de Habilitação (CNH) de forma gratuita. Esse é o Programa de Habilitação Social (PHS) do Governo do Estado, que oferece cinco mil vagas para pessoas de baixa renda conseguirem aprender e ter o direito a dirigir.

O público-alvo do programa terá todas as suas despesas do processo pagas pelo Estado. Quem poderá conseguir a vaga são membros do Cadastro Único (CadÚnico), quilombolas, indígenas, presidiários do regime semiaberto, pessoas com deficiência, mulheres vítimas de violência doméstica, alunos formando do ensino médio público, EJA ou PRONATEC e desempregados.
Para a secretária Pollyanna Dutra, da Secretaria de Desenvolvimento Humano da Paraíba, o programa faz parte de um grande conjunto de ações para ajudar a tirar pessoas da pobreza. “Tudo isso contribui para autonomia das famílias, que é o nosso desejo. Esse ambiente favorável de renda, de alimento, de qualificação e de acesso, também, a meios que a família consiga ter seu emprego, é muito oportuno”, afirmou ao Portal MaisPB.
As vagas por categorias estão assim distribuídas: 50% (2.500 vagas) para candidatos à primeira CNH; 40% (2.000 vagas) para as hipóteses de adição e de mudança de categoria, e 10% (500 vagas) para renovação da CNH. “Vai ser destinada à primeira vez que você tirar sua carteira A, B ou AB, e também pra mudança de categoria. Se você já é A/B e quer mudar pra C, D e E, também é possível. Renovar se tiver atrasado”, afirmou Pollyanna.
